This piece is made with alcohol inks in various blues, teal, and turquoise, on synthetic paper.  It is then attached to a cradled birch board.  I then added resin, which was slightly tinted with some blues and a blue shimmer dust.  There are fine sparkles  throughout, but primarily in the blue water.  I then painted on the dolphins, and finished with a clear resin top coat.
